As the founder of Heritage Westminster, Anh-Tuan leverages his deep expertise in engineering to drive the feasibility and success of projects that directly benefit the city of Westminster, California. His unique combination of technical knowledge and visionary leadership enables him to identify and implement projects that support the growth and revitalization of the community.
Tessie Ho – Executive Director
Tessie serves as the Executive Director of Heritage Westminster. In this role, she applies her wealth of marketing knowledge to shape and execute strategies that will drive growth, enhance community engagement, and bring meaningful change to the city. Her guidance is instrumental in ensuring that the revitalization of Westminster aligns with the needs of its residents while embracing forward-thinking marketing practices to create lasting impact.

Bao Nguyen is the Business Manager of Heritage Westminster, leveraging his 8 years of experience in IT to design and implement robust IT infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency and drives the organization forward. Bao’s expertise allows him to create innovative IT solutions that address current challenges while always keeping the needs of the Westminster community at the forefront.
